Kidstale (former Alsa Balutan America Productions) produces original
media materials on puppetry and/or Philippine folktales or language.
Kidstale offers puppet shows and workshops as well as video editing and
audio conversion services. Its past projects were: TV Show

The owner, Tessie J. Ordona Greenfield was the founder of Alsa Balutan Puppet Group in Manila, Philippines in
the 1970's. They were composed of 15 puppeteers who performed in the
poorest tenement houses and richest hotels in Manila, Davao and Butuan.
The group also conducted puppet workshop for nutritionists. |

When she moved to New Mexico, she founded the Alsa Balutan America
Productions to produce a video, Tales from the Philippines. In order
not to confine to Philippine folktales, she changed the name to
Kidstale. |
